Announcement

September 27, 2020

Dear Patients:

It is with great anticipation that we announce the new ownership of Lake Marion DentalCare to Dr. Noah Rounds. Dr. Rounds grew up in a small town in Northern Minnesota. He attended Concordia College majoring in Biology. Noah went on to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry graduating in 2005. He has since practiced in a large dental group for the past 15 years. Noah enjoys many aspects of general dentistry but in particular enjoys improving patient’s smiles. Quality patient care and long-term dental health are key values for Dr. Rounds.

When Noah is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ruth. They frequently soak in the sun, lift kettle bells, and enjoy playing games such as Backgammon, Cribbage, and Kubb. Dr. Rounds likes being outside doing a variety of activities, whether it is camping in the Boundary Waters or hiking in the Beartooth Mountains. He has a passion for endurance sports and particularly enjoys Cross Country Ski racing. To date he has completed 15 Birkies!

Noah is thrilled to be coming to Lake Marion DentalCare, to meet each of you and to serve your dental needs!

Dr. Rounds wife, Ruth, grew up in Burnsville and then attended the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management where she majored in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She then sold foot and ankle surgical hardware for 7 years and worked at Thomson Reuters for 5 years where she sold to law firms. During college, Ruth worked in a dental office. She is looking forward to using this experience and her business background to help out at Lake Marion DentalCare!

Besides spending time with Noah, she is often found cooking, biking, doing Holy Yoga, spending time with family and friends, or volunteering at church.

We want to thank all of our patients for their trust in our care since 2008. We have enjoyed practicing dentistry and building great relationships over the years at LMDC.

Dr. Rebecca Nomeland plans to continue her career in managed care consulting and community care. Dr. Thomas J. Nomeland plans to continue practicing in the areas of dental education and community care.

We wish you all the best. Set appointments and scheduling remain the same, as do your records and our amazing supportive staff at LMDC.
